Rider agrees that VSI Products shall have a license to use rider’s name, signature, initials, likeness, photograph and similar materials in connection with the advertisement, promotion and sale of products distributed by VSI Products.

In addition, rider agrees to the following program terms:

• Riders must register and have bikes inspected at specified inspection spot on site at events prior to race start to be eligible for contingency.
• VSI Products must receive contingency form results within 30 days of event in order for contingency to be paid.
• 2008 or newer THE, Intense, Speed, Sinz, Sinz Elite or ITS models are eligible.
• U.S. citizens must have a valid U.S. social security number to be eligible.
• The VSI logos (THE, Intense, Speed, Sinz, Sinz Elite and ITS) and original color must remain on all frames, helmets and components to be eligible for contingency.
• There must be a minimum of five riders in a class to qualify for contingency.
• Riders will be paid by check.
• Program details subject to change without notice.
